At MOOD, we are committed to the intentionality and quality of every piece that leaves our studio. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

THE 30-DAY GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day return window for all items*.

• Timeline: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by your tracking number) to initiate a return.

• Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, makeup marks, or scents will not be accepted.

*Please note that due to the bespoke nature of our work, all items from The Custom and The Lab are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please hey@moodcaps.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can prioritize a replacement for you.
